Specialized Mental Health & Relational Therapy
You were not meant to go through life carrying the heavy stuff alone or meant to navigate through it on your own. Therapy can be a great place to offload the weight of life and an excellent way to address challenges, reduce their burden and learn the best way to cope specifically for you. Click to learn more about how Bloom can help you in each of these areas.

Learn and practice new tools to cope with symptoms of stress, anxiety, depressed mood, grief or past trauma. This is ideal for someone who is experiencing new symptoms or have been dealing with it for years. Bloom mental health ensures the right approach to address your needs.
This can be done through long term individual therapy or through a specific therapy program based on your need. Bloom offers groups and workshops to practice in real time with a community of others.

Bloom Mental Health provides a safe space to build healthier relationships by addressing the root causes of conflict, improve communication, and encourage emotional growth.
In addition to relationships with others, you may need to strengthen the relationship with yourself by identifying and challenging negative thought patterns, and developing more self-compassion.
-
Develop a deeper sense of self, through talk therapy combined with other therapeutic techniques that’s designed to explore underlying issues, core beliefs, and past experiences. This process involves going beyond “surface-level” problems to uncover the source of mental health and relational difficulties.
By doing this, you will experience an improvement in emotional regulation, an increase in resilience after setbacks, start to develop a stronger sense of purpose and will boost your self-esteem and confidence.
-
Integrate faith into your counseling sessions, alongside psychological and therapeutic principles like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Approaches like CBT can be used with a christian lens to address specific mental health concerns like anxiety and depression, while also integrating faith-based practices like prayer and scripture.
Christian counseling can also be beneficial for those looking to address spiritual wounds or trauma related to their religious or spiritual upbringing. It offers a safe space to explore these issues and find healing through faith.
-
Understand trauma's impact on your daily life and relationships and heal from its effects in a supportive environment with a trained therapist. The goal is to help you move beyond the trauma and rebuild your life. This type of therapy shifts the focus from "What's wrong with me?" to "What happened to me?"recognizing that trauma is a response to an event, not a personal shortcoming.
Using evidenced-based approaches we can cover many types of trauma including complex trauma, childhood trauma/attachment issues, racial trauma, inter-generational trauma, partner violence, physical or sexual abuse, disasters, and bullying.

Therapy can be helpful with the stress and pressures during teenage and young adult years. Therapy topics can include navigating school, friendships, transitions, decision making, family relationships, and social media pressures. In addition to the usual stressors that are experienced during this time of life, Gen-Z (ages 16-29) and Gen-Alpha (15 yrs & under) have a unique experience and set of stressors. Some include social media's impact, global events, economic uncertainty, climate change, the pressures of modern life, and the constant influx of information, which can cause an increase in anxiety and depression.
Therapy can be helpful short-term to gain an understanding of symptoms and learn coping skills to prevent the development of anxiety or mood disorders due to stress. It can also be helpful long-term if there are additional factors such as a previously diagnosed condition or childhood trauma/attachment issues.
